New Group Coaching Offering!

Leadership Development for Women in Academia, Science, and Medicine

This small coaching group is for women leaders in academia, science, and medicine who are accomplished, purposeful, and competent -- AND ready to put attention to their leadership and management. In this group, you'll have the space and time for:
-Self-reflection: What impact do you want to have? What type of leader do you want to be?
-Applying new research: We'll talk about the newest neuroscience research into emotion, and how you can use these ideas to reframe thoughts that are getting in your way
-Brainstorming strategies: You'll learn helpful strategies for building your confidence, communicating more effectively, giving and receiving feedback, and managing others.
-Creating your personal action plan: We will map out your Leadership Plan to help you be even more effective, happy, and balanced.
-Practice and support: A small group offers the perfect opportunity to support others, and try out new ways of communicating.
-6 month program
-Small, supportive group (max of 10 people)
-Virtual, 90-minute meetings by Zoom video, once a month, for 6 months.
-Relevant, short pre-work before each call and between calls
-One 30-minute accountability call with a group "buddy" to support each other's Personal Action Plan and keep you on track
-Topics include: Overcoming Your Inner Critic; Career Advancement; Stress Mastery; Work-Life Balance; Managing Others; Confident Communication.
Your investment: $259/month or $1500 if paid in full before the first session.
